Southern Luxe Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

• Current Turnaround Time (TAT): Up to 6 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
• Turnaround time begins once your order is placed and does not include weekends or holidays.
• Most orders ship sooner, but please allow the full turnaround time before requesting an update.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Tracking may take 24–72 business hours to update after the shipping label is created.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers once your package has been accepted.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our current turnaround time and shipping policy.
